Well got through my first day of my weight loss experiment. I have been very hungry so ended up not following my plan. That’s okay though, that’s why we call it an experiment. Trick is to learn from the process. Today I added stevia and vanilla extract to my coffee and had two cups instead of one. Not only was it tastier but I had tons of energy for my power walk. I was crazy hungry at lunchtime so will have to be more organized for meals. Today I threw together a quick salad, left over protein (last nights chicken wings), greens, peppers, avocado and whole 30 compliant ranch dressing. Dinner will be barbecued protein and veg.
Will report on weight loss or gain on Mondays. Hopefully I’ll be more in control.
